BILL 160
Did you know that all employers must have a policies in place regarding violence and harassment in the workplace? BILL 168 amended the Ontario Health & Safety Act to assure workplace policies compliance from businesses. It became law in the OH&S Act. Bill 160 makes more changes to that law.
